Shadow was still in the audience, observing.

He thought the fights were going a little bit too violent.

He didn't want to see his friends die.

So he just closed his eyes and put his wings over his head.

"Come on guys! Quit it before somepony ends up in a burial casket!"

He thought to himself.

Blizzard decided to use a new move, "Ok...time for something new...the spin! " Blizzard stood on his hind legs and began to spin around with his forelegs outward causing a combination of a tornado and a blizzard, "I call it...the BLIZZARD CYCLONE!" He began to spin around fast like a top, deflecting or hitting Caliber every time he struck.

caliber blocked the first couple of trikes, and then jumped straight up, into the eye of the 'tornado.' he fell straight back down, sword poised. "take this, blizzy!" he called out, before doing his signature spin attack. his dark magic was starting to  taxing, though...

Blizzard couldn't control his cyclone and finished with a a spinning hoof to Caliber's face, sending him back. After Blizzard did that, he stopped and began to walk around off balance due to being dizzy, "Woooaah...that...move...didn't quite...work for me all that well. I'm sooooo dizzy... can't walk straight..."

After Blizzard tryed his move,Zojja turned off light and than turned em back on.After our heroes stop fighting she yelled "We dont have time to finish this,Princess Celestia speach is soon and we need to prepare for it.So." she started going in doors way "You dont need to go back to your room at Castel but you cant stay here." Door opened and she turned to our heroes "Come on,double time!" She waithed for our heroes to get out from arena.

Tyra paused her attack to see Zojja turning off the light and ordering them to leave for the Princess's speech.

Sighing, she got herself up and dutifully exited the arena. Obviously the onlookers would be disappointed.

 

She began kicking herself internally for not sneak attacking Blizzard and Caliber while the two (once again) had their attention directed at each other, but that could be saved for another day.

Shadow heard the yelling and sent down from the Crowd seats to follow the others.

"I wonder what this is all about..." He mumlet to himself.

He joined up with Caliber, Tyra and IB.

"Ay mates! What did I miss?" He said to all three of them.

He still had that thought on his mind even to this moment. It was the only thing he could think about right now and it didn't seem like it was going away.

 

"In the name of Mother of Celestia; get out if my head!"

He looked like he was starting to lose his mind. But technically he was just struggling to forget a thought that has been bothering him since the restaurant.

After Blizzard regained his balance he spoke to Tyra smug, "Hey earth to axe girl, we were over there beating each other up, and you didn't do a thing. What were you too scared to get back in a MAN's fight? Yeah you were scared weren't you? Haha! I'm joking! You're strong enough to get in any fight no problem. "

Tyra glanced over to Blizzard, smirking herself. "You two seemed rather preoccupied, besides, what man abandons an opponent?"

 

She stuck her tongue out. "A jest, also."

 

She looked over to Shadow, still wary of him. "Greetings." She raised an eyebrow as he began yelling at something to 'get out of his head'. "Are...you well?"

Blizzard turned around to Caliber, "Come on Callady! Are you coming or what? Get your speed up woman!" Blizzard laughed at at his own joke and said, "Ahaha! Just kidding bro, but seriously, hurry up, you're moving slower than an old woman! Sorry Tyra, but fighting another 'man' was more important than a girl....hhaahah! Joking!"

Once again, Tyra hit Blizzard with an aside glance.

"Do not be so quick to mock women," she dared, smirking darkly, "or did you forget the bearers of the Elements of Harmony are mares? Or that the ruler of Equestria is a mare?"

 

She began leading the group back toward the main hall. "I shall let you mull that over with a drink."

As our heroes walked towered main hall they could see lot wachknight activer and walking around castel,and town.It was like they have started to change pony guards on there duty around town,but unlike guards wachknights had no wepons or armor.

As Tyra walked around the hall with a mug of cider, she noticed more watchknights taking up guard positions.

If these were the new guards, she thought, what would be come of the current ones?

 

She squinted, noting that none of them were wearing any weapons or armour.

She approached one, and indeed, it was lacking in any form of offence or defence.

 

What was these machines' purpose...?

Suddenly the hall doors opened and out walked Ticktock "Well my dear Tyra as far as I can see it is to improve the defence of Canterlot because in the kindest way possible they are c£&p. I mean in the guide on How to be a royal guard does it say if anything goes wrong just do nothing because Twilight will probably solve the problem I mean they needed improving"

Tyra perked up and noticed Ticktock had emerged from the crowd to tell her about the machines...and how they were built to replace the less competent regular ponies.

 

"Improving, not replacing," she confirmed with a sagely nod, then tilted her head, "We have known each other for a while, yet I know little about you. And especially about your...bizarre fashion sense."

As Tyra asked him about his 'bizarre' sense of fashion Ticktock replied "Well as I told you before I have lived in Cantalot for many years and as such the dress code kind of stuck to me." Ticktock then sighs and says "And my goggles were a part of my heritage after all I do pretty much come from a town of steam punks so you know and maybe that was also why I felt how I did when Icarus killed Mai because it was like seeing a person you've known for all your life get killed in front of your eyes and there is nothing you can do the stop it" Then Ticktock seems to fall into some kind of daydream and his eyes start to fill with tears.

Shadow saw TickTock's teary eyes. and he does not have a heart of stone.

he walked up to TickTock trying to make him calm down and get on a better mood.

"What's wrong mate? you look like you've sold the butter and dropped your money."

he wrapped his wing around ticktock.

"Mate i'll always be there for you! me and all your other friends! tyra, caliber, IB, and all your other friends! have they ever let you down even ONCE?"

he gave TT a hug.

As our heroes talk in main hall,sun slowy started to set behaind big and bright shild that suround the Canterlot.And with it lot of thos adventurers,not carying for Princess Celestia speach gone from town,living the litle adventures behind with all those nobles.Wachknight slowly patrolled Canterlot.And with there lifeless eyes looked around searching for trouble,but there wasnt anny.This night was calm,and most ponys where around Town sqare waithing for Princes Celestia speach.

Ticktock gave a loud sniff and while still crying said "Thank you all of you and im sorry for the way I just was I just had a horrible, horrible memory of me hurting someone I cared a lot about" Ticktock then just starts to burst into tears in-between all the crying you could just hear Ticktock utter the words "Im sorry im just so so sorry" Over and over again.

Tyra gave Shadow a warning glare as he approached her and Ticktock, and embraced the stallion while offering kind words. She was still distrusting of the alicorn, but took no action against him.

 

Yet.

 

When he let Ticktock go, it was her turn to offer a hug.

"I am very sure that whatever has happened was not your fault," she said softly, patting his back, "you are a good pony, and we all know it to be true."

caliber growled, stomped over there, and smacked ticktock across the face with the flat of his sword. hard. "man up, ticktock." he said, "i dont wanna be seen with a crier. if its in the past, you just gotta forget about it."

 

caliber was concerned for him, sure. but caliber had done the same thing before, which was namely hurting someone he cared a great deal for. but he only got over it by letting go of the past.

As Ticktock was hit round the face by Caliber he seemed to change some how for two seconds his pupils turned red and flickers of purple magic came off them and then Ticktock said rather coldly "Well Caliber im sure what ever you did was not as bad as what I did" He then pushes Caliber away from him and starts heading for the door.

Blizzard felt sympathy for Ticktock as well, "Hey no sweat. You've got your friends here for ya, it's ok trust me." Blizzard said as he put a hoof around Ticktock. "I wonder when the Princess will give her speech? Knowing her, it must be something awesome and important."

Icarus ran over too the group. He shocked, almost scared a bit. He looked around to everyone beore speaking. " Sorry everyone, I went off to find refreshments, and a crowd swarmed me. By Celestia, I have not heard so many voices chanting for an autograph before. They wouldnt leave me alone so I had to slip away" He said, "So, have I missed much ?"

Tyra snorted as her attempt to cheer Ticktock up was totally ignored.

City ponies, they have absolutely no manners.

 

Upon seeing his transformed state, she cut him off as he headed for the door, slapping him across the face to attempt to snap him out of it.
