I have been toying with an idea of another pony OC, but Cobalt is the only one I have any story for at the moment. Also she lives on an island far from Equestria so that could work to the rp's advantage.

Name: Bright Shine

Appearance: White body, with yelow spots, and yellow mane that is up in spikes. Tail is short as well.

Personaility: Happy, loving, caring, overly polite, and just all around a bundle of joy. Has a split personaility though, which is evil, crude, and just plain nasty to the core. He only changes personalities if lots of love is shown(Good self) or when lots of hate is shown(Bad self).

Cutie Mark: A smiley face when good self, unhappy face when bad self.

Other: Can be annoying how nice he is, but not a good idea to be mad at him either. So just accept his good personality.

 

Is this enough information?

Best to keep it that way, since it's supposed to be the exact oppisite of his nicer one. He lives in Coltsmane (In case you didn't read that eariler) which is rarely noticed, and nothing special happens there at all.

So in brony terms here's how Bright is: His good self is like Pinkie Pie, without the need for parties, and never offends at all, or pranks. Bad self is like the non reformed Discord, with less chaos in thinking and magic. Hope this clears anything up...
