Favourite moments on the show?

I see there's a topic on favourite episodes, however there hasn't been a thread on favourite moments on the show yet. I decided to create this thread because there have been a lot of amazing moments in the show. Which has been your favourite moments in the show, and why?

 

Let me start off with mine:

 

Nightmare Moon getting a friendship beam to turn into Princess Luna (Season 1). This set the quotient the show started with.

The Rainboom heard 'round the world (Season 1). I enjoyed it because of the bravery Rainbow Dash pulls to save her friend, Rarity, and makes an effect out of it.

The Gala (Season 1). I enjoyed the gala there because of little moments that made it entertaining.

Discord petrified once more (Season 2). When a mad god just doesn't learn that friendship is magic, what do you do? Get your friends that were corrupted and have them exact revenge!

Uniting for a Cause (Season 2). When Windigos are causing problems, the three pony races unite to defeat the Windigos.

Queen Chrysalis defeating Princess Celestia (Season 2). You know a villain is powerful enough when she cripples a Princess single-handedly.

When Twilight gives the speech to NMM after realizing the rest of the Mane 6 are her friends.

The Mane 6 battling the army of changelings in a Canterlot Wedding.

Becoming Popular. I love that song.

A True True Friend- Best song in the entire series.

All of Flight to the Finish. But specifically the scene in Scootaloo's room definitely fits the bill for how much it made me care for her.

 (If EQG counts then) Welcome to the Show from Rainbow Rocks as it was one heck of an engaging and satisfying climax with some of Daniel Ingram's best work on the show yet, really good animation, and a nice sense of intensity for the battle between the humane 5 plus Twilight and Sunset vs the Dazzlings.  Also I felt proud of Sunset when she helped save the day and earned her hybrid transformation. When I saw it in the theaters I was totally engrossed and in awe from it.

But I liked the Nightmare Moon/Discord/Tree of harmony flashbacks. Those were cool.

My favorite moment of the show was probably when the Mane 6 first used the Elements Of Harmony that was awesome.

I can't pick a favorite moment because there's so many moments on the show I love, but if I had to pick one I'd say Twilight giving up her magic to free her friends and Discord from Tirek and then them opening the chest and using the Rainbow magic to defeat Tirek.
