Banned because only Celestia and Luna can control where the sun is... Unless they're not actually moving the sun and moon and instead controlling the speed of the planet's rotation. Also pegasi do control the weather to an extent (e.g. keeping the skies clear by cloud busting) but in the movie it's shown that weather systems also occur naturally, hence why Twilight didn't want clouds building up and why there was a thunderstorm in the background once they reached the the home of the hippogriffs.

Banned because before 'tia and Luna adopted those duties, teams of Unicorns used to do it (as per the Hearth's Warming Eve episode) - but I presume you haven't seen Twi's attempts to manage the celestial bodies in the latest episode.....

Banned because it was becoming too monotonous and underwhelming imo... And I also fear I'll be disappointed yet again like I was with season 8, which is not what I want to particularly think of when I remember this show...  Season 7 at least had a satisfying conclusion and was a decent season.
