Banned because Balthromaw has horns whereas Basil does not, therefore they are not the same dragon. Also Basil cannot soul bond  But unbanned because I suppose that in that case you do have a point

Banned because they can, so long as they bring necessary protection to avoid being impaled on spine spikes and fasten themselves in.
