Then we're back where we started unfortunately. Without a villain capable of challenging Weiss in a straight fight whatsoever. I can think of a few ways to get away with things, but it would still be her curbstomping people left and right and a single villain doing things.

ok, i dont think anyone needs to be too nerfed, im fine with some chars being more powerful than others, it just makes sense, and I am introducing NPC villians, in 3 tiers

 

Minor Villains: such as Wave Force which have minor powers and can be delt with easily

Standard Villains: such as Terrorsaur, which can take most heroes on in a straight fight,

Major Villains: such as FEAR, who have lots of power and will require a group to fight well, he could probably take Sasha in a fight

 

also on a side note, am I moving time too slow?

I'd say you are moving it a little slowly based on the difference in time between posts.

As for nerfs, I was just saying that either PC villains should be buffed rather severely based on the power disparity between them and the PC heroes, or we should go to just heroes.

i tried one of these things with just heroes and it was a little boring, but as villains, i am perfectly ok with a few of you making more villains and controling more than one character as long as they interact with more than just your other character

Alright. I may have to make a villain on-tier with some of the more powerful heroes to challenge them, but since I may be drugged up for surgery tomorrow, it may not be done till the next day.

Could I maybe edit Rift's teleport abilities a bit now? Like, say he's practiced enough so that he can teleport either further or that he requires less concentration to allow for use in combat? Kind of similar to Scorpion's Teleport Punch in Mortal Kombat is what I was thinking, and he wouldn't be able to teleport immediately, it would take a second, so he wouldn't be able to dodge bullets or anything using it.

sure, during battle he can teleport with a range of 20ft and during battle he can rapidly teleport
