Well, I'm going to choose the most annoying of the main six for this, because we know that most about them. Since that's Rarity, I'd probably get annoyed quickly and impatient with her, and things would probably go bad until there's some weird TV make-up moment and we become best friends. Probably not though, if go and find Celestial or Luna or something.

I find Pinkie Pie to be the most annoying character for me, though she is really fun and I think we could become friends very easily.
