request Somepony can help me with profile pic?

I want to have this

 

as a profile pic, but I have no program or something to make it smaller without losing the animation. Doesnt have to be a perfect 200 x 200 size.

 

Would be cool if somepony can do that^^

Only thing i can is drawing, mix the frames & done

 

EDIT: I mean mix is uploading the images to a website i forget its URL, after that you will get a .gif image

best i can do  though I think it wont work for you since non donors file size limit is 100kb donors 150kb the bigger is 132kb

 

 

 

 

if i deleted some frames  filesize would be smaller but it wouldnt be so smooth

A friend showed me actually a page, I think I nearly done it^^

Stupid 100kb limit, there is barely to see anything like my actual version :/
