Pinkie Pie would be Jim Carrey for obvious reasons.

Rarity would be Neil Patrick Harris because he's fairly metrosexual-ish, as in, he is, but he is gay.

Applejack would be Conway Twitty because he's the only person I could think of.

Rainbow Dash would be James Dean because, once again, only thing I could think of.

Fluttershy would be Johnny Carson because he's barely seen outside "The Tonight Show"
Spike would be Andy Dick because most people like him not so much, but I think he's alright.

Celestia would be Tom Snyder because he's awesome, yet not many people care about him.

Luna would be Mark Wahlberg, because, while he is fairly good, he's also fairly overrated.
