The font is not very good, the ponies seem squished, the rest doesn't stand out or anything, the ponies themselves are very generic, common images of them, and they're not handled very well.

8/10 the smudging in the background creates some flow, but the multiple renders struggle for being the focal point.

It is a very nice signature, and I love the animation. It's very smooth. My only issue is...well it doesn't really match Yui. The signature just seems bland for the energetic; crazy person she is xD. But it is still a very well done sig. 

 

(also you reminded me of the feels she caused me T.T)

It's basically a mash of badly compressed band logos on a black background. I know what you're trying to achieve here, but it's boring as hell.
