I see many people play and commentate Geometry Dash, but they often play it on their computers. I also might see people play Geometry Dash on their phones or tablets, because they are recording their screen and it has the home, settings, and back button. What do you use? Do you play games on a tablet or phone, or do you prefer playing it on the computer with Steam? I'm not only talking about Geometry Dash, you can do all sorts of games that are on mobile and are also on Steam, too. I play Geometry Dash on a mobile device, because I had money on my Google Play account. I also am sure it's much harder to pay on a computer than a mobile device. I have no idea how paying on a computer works, I only know how to pay with Google Play.

I discovered Steam only very recently, so I play a lot more on phone.

Also, Geometry Dash is more expensive on Steam than on mobile, and it must be the case for other games too. But there are games that are only on Steam, and others only on phone...

I should also download games on Steam, but what bothers me is that there aren't Steam gift cards (like iTunes)... I don't want to use a credit card to pay...

Actually, there ARE steam gift cards! Just google "steam cards" and you'll see what they look like.

They're sold at GameStop. If you don't see them, just tell the cashier that you want a Steam Wallet code and they'll put it in your receipt.

Oh  I didn't know that, thanks!

I went to several shops that had iTunes cards, but not Steam cards then. :/

Well, I don't play on Steam since I am not a PC gamer, I play on consoles, primarily Xbox One rather than mobile. Mobile gaming in general lost me long ago.. I prefer playing games on my console.

I honestly don't care about what I use to play. I just enjoy the games.

You have no idea how much I hate games with micro transactions (I'm looking at you, MLP game)

Ikr... I found it a while ago and tried it out, and saw it had micro transactions... £100+ for a crate load of gem stones? LOL... No. I could get a driving lesson with that.  >_>

Although, if you had to choose between Steam or mobile, what would you choose?

Personally, I'd choose Steam. Mobile games are bad. Impossible controls and full of bullshit like freemium business models and pay2win.

Easily Steam. 99% of mobile games either don't interest me, or are very poorly made (i.e. the 5 million retextures of flappy bird). Not to mention, as people have said, they tend to focus too much on pay2win, and touch screen controls are awful. While on Steam, there's tons of games that I like, such Freedom Planet and Team Fortress 2.

Steam have been my gaming source since 2011 when TF2 whent free. Played free source mods like pirates, vikings and knights 2 and Zombie panic: source.

TF2 current played; 1666. The number of the beast :P.

A lot of that time have been spent of Versus Pony Ville witch is an MLP:FIM themed version of Freak Fortress 2. FF2 is a boss fighting mod where blue team is the boss and red team is normal classes. Red team need to kill the boss before the boss killes them using various powers for example stunning all players for x amounts of seconds.

Zombie panic: Source played time: 358. Last ones Standing was the community I played with and had lots and lots of fun. Saddly LoS have dispatched by the time the website shut down and never seemd to come back. It's down to this day.

I know u did not ask for my story of Steam gaming but this is some reasons to why I love steam so much.
