RP:The Antigone

 

It was nearly a thousand years ago that the Rebels overthrew Equestria's corrupt monarchy, and now Equestria is once again on the verge of a civil war. The Industrial powers rising in the east claim to possess powerful war machines that could send all of Equestria into a nuclear winter. Meanwhile the Selectionists in the west are genetically engineering new species to do their bidding, whether that be good or evil. The only thing keeping the two powers from fighting and destroying the rest of the world in the process is a special peacekeeping mission aboard the HAS Antigone, a massive hydrogen powered airship intent on keeping the rest of Equestria from falling into violent Turmoil.

Backstory: (make sure it makes sense)

Rank: (position/occupation)

Other: (anything that doesn't fall into above categories)

 

-If you already have an OC planned out just send me the link and choose a rank

-You may add minor characters or characters with little personality (i.e. minions or no-names) without using the character sheet, just make sure to describe them.

 

Rules:

 

- When not posting character monologue use ((i.e)) so you won't confuse anyone.

- Please use good grammar and spelling, typos are alright, but keep it decipherable .

- Minor Curses are allowed for exclamations, but please don't use them as direct insults.

- Don't take control of other peoples characters, such as speaking for them.

- If someone is inactive for too long, don't bother with them. We want to keep the RP moving.

- No spamming

- Make sure to submit your character before posting as that character.

- Do not kill off major characters without confirming it with the character's creator, this does not count for minor or unnamed characters.

- No god-modding, everyone is equal.

- NO MORE FREAKING CYBORGS!!! really though, it seemed like every other character in my last RP was some sort of robot! A robotic eye or something minor is fine, but please not everyone make a cyborg.

That was me that changed your prefix to Searching.

 

First off, if you have an incorrect prefix, you can simply edit it instead of making a whole new topic.

 

Secondly, it was correct. The rules for prefixes has been changed as detailed here. Change back to OOC when you're done searching for people.

Gender:Female

Species: Pegasus

Appearance: Spiky, layered long brown hair, with fringed bangs slightly over an eye. Red eyes, gray coat. Wings have supports because of damage.

Cutie mark: Black half-note with red raindrops surrounding it.

Personality: Seclusive, quiet. Speaks only when required. However, fires up whenever trash-talked or attacked.

Backstory: Shortened: Her home was destroyed in a flood when she was a filly. She survived because she was playing her violin atop a hill. Ever since, she had been scarred for lfe at the visions of all of her family

gone.

Position: Lieutenant or Airwoman. However, if engineer opts out, I would love to be that rank :)

Other: Interested in clockwork. Always fine-tunes her plane so it will always be in top shape. Tends to speak in a dignified dialect.

Hello people, KingOfIcecream here. I am to be the one who fills the role as the captian.

Name: Kyros (it's a greek name meaning leader, master)

Gender: Male

Age: 23

Species: Pegasus

Appearance: Wears a gray peacoat. Kyros keeps a pair of wielding goggles with him. He has somewhat slicked back hair, and a sexy handlebar mustache. (A friend of mine is currently drawing Kyros for me, so I'll have the picture out in a little while.)

Cutie mark: Compass

Personality: Gentlecolt, positive thinking.

Backstory: Kyros is the decendent of his great great great great great great great great great great great grandfather Ponitearious. (Ponitearious was the first president since equestria switched to democracy.) As you read earlier, he keeps a pair of wielding goggles with him at all times. Those goggles have passed down from generation to generation. They used to belong to an honorable pony known as CopperMane, but he died quite a while back. Kyros has no idea why the goggles are so special though. Kyros was the Captian of the Guard up in Canterlot, but with the upcomming war, he had to resign so he could fight in a bigger battle.

can there only be one engineer?

 

Well I actually reserved the engineer spot for myself so I guess you can be an assistant, and no characters from TheSkullCrownRebellion, this is a sequel of sorts.

 

 

Okay here is how the passenger system will work, once I start the RP I wont be accepting any new crew members however, we will be making stops to pick up passengers. Passengers will be temporary characters that will leave after the next stop so if anyone wants to join after i start it they will have to join as a passenger.

There are one or two cannons, but they aren't used much. It is a piece-making ship so it isn't armed to the bone, however there are weapons aboard in case we run into trouble, also remember it is powered by hydrogen so only weapons that use very little gunpowder are allowed.
