Any Old Shames?

I'm pretty sure everyone has at least one thing they look back on and all they can think to say "The hell was I thinking?" 

 

For me, those were the Pokemon fanfics I wrote during High-School. People seemed to like them, even today, but for the life of me I can imagine why considering that were I to edit them today, I would very easily run out of red ink marking all the mistakes.

 

What about you guys? Anyone else have an old share they care to share?

I wrote many unfinished Hamtaro fanfics that I'm not proud of today. I rediscovered them recently on an old flash drive. Only one of them got posted to fanfiction.net and even that didn't get finished because I didn't know where to take it.

Also this one stupid Troll Channel on Youtube which i had once, which is god thanks also gone, forever.

 

And looking at NSFW stuff...furry nsfw.

 

I guess that are the main things i feel ashamed off.

 

And kinda my old Collection of older gens of mlp. I mean, i like the older gens...but im still hiding all the stuff i have so that nobody sees it 

And my old post in forums..how many things do i have???   I just stop now.

I went to Six Flags when I was ten and they were selling conical hats. I thought they looked super cool so I bought it and wore it for the rest of the day, but it wasn't until I saw the hat again today (stuffed in my closet) that I realized how rude I might've seemed by wearing it. I dunno if it was racist or not but I kinda feel bad for wearing it.

I had a huge and insane obsession with Ricky Martin back when I was in high school, like when he was really popular. And we both wound up being gay, who knew. I'm obsessed with someone else now, so its not really the obsession I have some shame over, but how I acted about it.

I was one of a handful of moderators on an advanced roleplay on this site.  Me, someone who had school and zero prior experience with moderating anything.  Me, who played Rarity, a mistress of manipulation who was in charge of a faction who favored subtlety and politics over firepower and powerful magic and was ultimately as subtle and effective as sparkly tissue paper.  Me, who really didn't understand character creation and had an OC who was an evil Twilight's apprentice and super-weapon in the making.  Very overpowered and ultimately fled to try and bring peace between the six factions.

 

Just... what the HELL was I thinking?!

I have a similar story. In 10th grade English, we had writing journals we wrote for half an hour in every Friday. My friends and I fucked around and just wrote about stupid stuff. I didn't know she would collect them, so I wrote an MLP fanfic called Applejackin' It (I don't think I have to explain what it was about.) Long story short we all got in trouble, and I got suspended and she had to tell my parents I was writing pony porn XD.

When I was a kid, I used to wear those shoes that convert to roller skates. I didn't know how to roller skate. I just wore them because they made me look taller. I remember they used to click loudly no matter where you walked, be it carpet or linoleum. It was really embarrassing now that I think about it.

 

Posting a topic that, in retrospect, was a really dumb topic. Hindsight is 20/20, I guess.
