Silly fillys...ponies don't even speak English. Perhaps "language studies" would suffice.

 

I would lend my experience, but I am not sure if Music would be a popular subject. Or Mathematics (though ponies do not necessarily need it to such an advanced degree). I am also quite partial to the Sciences.

I'd put a forest or a public park in the large open space between the Hospital and Fire station. Looks large enough.
