I was wondering if anyone could draw my OC, Ice Blizzard, in his costume for Halloween/Nightmare Night.

His "icyness". He looks so well done, the color palette is awesome, and I especially like the blue aura emitting those rays around his hooves! Reminds me of Weiss from RWBY.
