Is Pony Getting Mundane?

Season 5 has 6 episodes that I find them average or below (ep 6, 10, 13, 14, 16, 21), but I still hope the writers will surprise me. There are 5 episodes left and I still try to be positive as much as I can .

Honestly, me neither. Though, when i first joined, i could pretty much be classified as "Hardcore" and talked about it wherever i went

 

Now, however, I'm really just casual about it. Sure, it's cool, and i still watch the show, but it's nothing to worship or anything like that. It's a cool show with an awesome fandom. Not much more to say about it.

I understand what you mean. I lost most of my excitement for this show around season 3/early season 4, but I'm still watching this show as it's well made and entertaining. I'm always hoping for new lore that'll expand the world of Equestria and beyond, as well as interactions between the Mane 6, but I'm not into the show as much anymore I was around the time of season 2.

 

Many episodes I've only watched once, but sometimes there still a few gems that rekindle my interest and made me re-watch them a lot, as well as their reaction video's on Youtube. (Return of Harmony, Twilight's Kingdom, Make new Friends but keep Discord, Lost Treasure of Griffinstone, Brotherhood Social and hopefully the upcoming episode in a few days)

 

 

But I do have to admit I found season 5 a bit weak overall. It started off strong, had some great moments with Rainbow Dash/Tank, Fluttershy/Discord and Rainbow Dash, Pinkie and Gilda but for some reason starting with Slice of Life, this season took an incredible nosedive fast. With only Brotherhood Social the first episode in a long row that didn't disappoint me and actually connected with me.
