I'm not sure if anyone did this already, so I'm just gonna start this. If your OC is in the world of Fallout: Equestria, what'll be his/her starting SPECIAL stats.

 

Here is Kronos' SPECIAL stats:

Strength             9|

Perception          2|

Endurance          5|
Charisma            6|
Intelligence         9|
Agility                  3|
Luck                   7|

 

100% Skills:

Lockpick

Science

Repair

Speech

Barter

Medicine

Big Guns

Energy Weapons

 

Helpful Perks:

Animal Friend, Rank 2

Power Armor Training

Scrounger

Fortune Finder

 

"Unique" Perks:

Cosmic Seraph: Access to Exclusive Blueprints (Hellfire Compound Minigun, Seraph Swords, etc.)

Royal Bodyguard: Damage Resistange and Weapon Damage significantly increased when companions get attacked

Possesed Cyborg: Deal more damage to certain enemies dependeant on moral status (Good Karma=More damage to slavers, etc. and vice versa)

Mare's Colt: More dialogue opitons when talking to mares

Nature's General: Can arm befriended animals with apparel

Inner Prince: Always successful speech attempts

 

What about anyone else? Does my Fallout: Equestria OC seem too OP? What are your like?

This thread appears to be related to the My Little Pony franchise and/or the Bronydom in general. Thus, it has been sentenced to Sugarcube Corner.

I spent waaay too long on this.

 

 

Storm Lantern

 

Strength: 4

Perception: 8

Endurance: 3

Charisma: 2

Intelligence: 8

Agility: 9

Luck: 6

 

100% Skills:

Unarmed

Sneak

Energy Weapons(Magic)

Repair

 

General Perks:

Action Colt

Alertness/Cautious Nature

Ghost

Light Step

Night Vision

Ranger

Solar Powered

Silent Gallop

Swift Learner

Travel Light

 

Unique Perks:

In Brightest Day: Gain a bonus to Speech when standing in a well light area.

In Darkest Night: Energy Weapons gain 10% bonus damage when in dark areas.

Fairy Lights: Create a floating light that can move with you or be sent to a destination. Fairy lights do not affect In Brightest Day or In Darkest Night.

Psychic Hooves of Fire: 5% bonus to Unarmed damage.

Vulpine Transformation: Able to turn into a fox. Fox form increases Perception and Agility by 2, Unarmed and Sneak by 10, movement speed by 20%, and decreases Strength and Endurance by 2. Fox form may not use weapons, armor, or clothing.

Skilled Tailor: Any piece of non-armor clothing can be repaired with any other piece of non-armor clothing. Increase repair effectiveness by 5%.

 

Traits:

Frail Bit of Cloth: Must wear unique item Orange Scarf at all times. Decrease Speech by 20 and Intelligence by 1 if Orange Scarf drops below 50% Condition. Decrease Speech by 50, Intelligence by 3, and Sneak by 20 if Orange Scarf drops below 10% Condition.
