Improved Block Feature

I'm just wondering if it's possible to make the board's block feature a little more effective.  It prevents a blocked member's posts from being displayed but if someone else quotes them, they're still visible.  Is it possible to make these quoted sections unseen as well?

 

Also, does this feature prevent you receiving notifications from a blocked member if they quote your post?  If not, is such a thing possible?  EDIT: It appears that it does this already.
