What does the fandom need to improve on?

What do you think the fandom as a whole needs to improve on? What thing does the general population do that drives you nuts?

Ban all people that think that the fandom must be enjoyed one way or another. You know, the gatekeepers that think there is a prim and proper way to pony.

Maturity. I think that is the number one issue with this fandom. Not only that, but I have had a lot of encounters with just downright creeps. I know every fandom has them, but these people give this fandom a bad name.
