A food for thought on terrorism.

 

Since there is a little claimed area by the Islamic State and the neighboring countries which is going to have a full propaganda on how evil westerners are. The new generation growing up there and around there are gonna be grown up with hatred in their lives. Like 10-15years down the road the children that we see in ISIS videos on " I am 11 years old and when I grow up I'm gonna be a jihadist " are going to replace the current officers.

 

 

Does that mean that we are actually going downhill and expect to see more bombings in the future?

Sure, that's always a potential. Children often grow up to mirror their parents. If children are born into that sort of life, most are going to grow up in support of it. Just as we grow up being told about those terrible militant Arabs and Chinese communists. It's just how history and life works. Hate breeds hate and what-not, all we can hope for is that it breeds a little less hate each time.

I'm not sure how well ISIS really treats its citizens; if they make the mistake of treating them badly, I find it hard to believe children will look up to them and want to be like them.  Then again, they might be driven to be the oppressor rather than the oppressed and join them for that reason, too...

 

Now that I think about it, pretty much all the news I've heard is how they're driving out anyone who isn't a muslim; the way they treat muslims who don't get displaced hasn't come up.

I'd say that terrorism is more likely to happen as hate for the USA continues to spread across Islamic nations and communities.
