so.... that's the fact, i have a plan for an RP that for now it seems to be interesting and cool for a bunch of people... but there's the problem, probably the reply of the "gamers" could be smaller than 200 letters but the letter limits it's always there... so, it's there a way to remove this limitation?

Actually, there is a 200 character minimum in roleplaying; just to clarify.

The reason this exists is to help ensure quality posting in roleplaying- we've had issues waaay back when when roleplay posts were spammy and boring; clogging up the forums with exceedingly low quality posts. As such, you cannot remove it, and we cannot nor will not remove it, as it is instrumental to the entire roleplay community. Your roleplay should be interesting enough to write a bit less than half a paragraph per post; it's not too much!

To give you an idea, this entire post, including this bottom part, is 500 characters. It's not too hard.

As Magos said, that restriction is in place to encourage in-character roleplaying. Unfortunately, this forum is not really set up for chat-style roleplaying with rapid-fire single line responses, or for a DM-centric roleplay where the DM takes on the lion's share of the work while the players can get by with short indications of their character's actions. There were plans to introduce a new subsection of RolePlay World for Tabletop-style games that this would be more suitable in, but we haven't seen much call for it so those plans have a low priority at the moment

Both of this answers should give a good answer to the question that was made in the first place, so here they are.

With that stated, as it seems that your issue has been resolved, I can go and close this topic. Have a nice day!
