Regardless of what happens in mafia movies, which I have seen more than my fair share of, weapons are not allowed for starting equipment. Please refer to rule #5.

 

I should point out that I don't have a problem with any Character obtaining an advantageous weapon (trinket, armor piece, etc.) through the course of the storyline in-game. Starting with it, however, is too unfair an advantage to give to any one Character.

I'm on my phone right now so that's the best link I can get you. Excuse the large backstory. To summarize, he is the head of magical and technological development for Canterlot, located in Ponyville. However, he would not have access to any of his equipment other than his coat, original digital watch, and compass. And of course, his magic and knowledge of techmaturgy.

The basic summary is to role-play in a slightly alternate reality, starting with nothing then building into a force to be reckoned with, be it through money, intellect, brute force, etc., all the while helping guide Equestria towards its future.

I know it's strict, but... The last RPG I hosted was not, and it got way too out of hand.
