health Do you struggle with mental illness?

ADD, Depression and I have a hunch I have undiagnosed bi polar disorder as well.

Yes, there are things that get to me from time to time and I have bouts of depression, I just try to get through it best I can during those times.

I have depression and anxiety, my anxiety is massive and might also cause me to feel sick at random, it is also a trigger for depression. When i’m at my lowest i might lose it unintentionally. Been seeing a psychiatrist for a while.

P.s. I’m a scatterbrain i’’ll hop from one subject to the other and forget a lot of things so if you told me your age /gender etc i might of forgotten accidentally

I'm pretty sure I have major depression, and of course here in America no one gives a fuck about your mental health so you can even see a therapist/physiologist without paying 100 to 250 dollars for 1 1 hour seasons.
