"Oh ok," Dust starts following the rest of the ponies. She looks at the bottle of wine. "So, can i taste it? I dont really drink wine but maybe that changed my mind" Dust smiles to Mist.

"Cant wait to see how all these ponies are like" Dust starts thinking. "Maybe i'll find somepony special"

Mentis was now in Mist's room? Well he did not expect that to happen but then he was not fussed about what happened he was here to get away from the normal bits of his life which were not he was just going with the flow and and most of the current was flowing towards Diva she was certainly the life of well anything she was in mind a party quite an opposite personality (ponyality?) "Well I'm glad I did not offend you I don't mean to do that to anyone mind someone who's nice to me, I don't really drink so I don't need any wine."

"Well I've already met most of the ponies," said Mist as he walked beside Dust, "and I'm sure somepony as pretty as you will have no trouble finding somepony special." Mist gave a small smile. Mist reached his room and opened the door. "Make yourself at home," he said to Dust while putting the wine on the table.

''Thanks'' Dust takes a sip from the wine. ''This is mmhm, good wine'' She smiles to Mist. ''So, why did everypony decide to get here?'' She ask to everypony. Dust looks around at all the ponies. ''I really hope no one starts hating eachother or start getting in a fight or something''

After buying a hoof-full of balloons Sigma took the elevator to the 5th floor. Perhaps this was what was meant by 'celebration'. Did that pony say bro? He half thought he would be the only one who would speak informally here. Anyway.

 

He trotted over to his room, then came back out and went down stairs to Mist's room.

 

He knocked on the door and pushed it open. "Hi, heard there was a party! I like parties, and I have cake!" He looked around the room. He waved to Mist and remarked, "I appear to be the only flightless one. Oh well. Cake anypony?"

"Hell yeah I'd like some cake," said Mist happily to the stranger holding the cake, "this party just party just got 100% more delicious." Mist smiled as he looked around the room but didn't see lighting. "I'm just gonna go find Lighting every just mingle. I'll be back in a tick." Mist rode the elevator back down to the lobby and saw Lightning who looked like he was daydreaming, "Hey lightning," Mist said, "you still coming to the party?"

Lightning snapped out of his daydream at the sound of his name, and he looked at Mist.

"Oh, right, uh-, yeah of course mate. Cheers for the heads up."

Seeing as it was Mist who had come to get him, he guessed that the party was in his room, and since he was his neighbour, he knew where to go!

"I'll see you there man." He said as he stood up and pushed off towards his room, he'd like to bring some more alcohol/fizzy drinks, as well as something to snack on to keep the party going.

When he got to his room he cracked open the fridge, he'd been told everything was free of charge, thank God, so he grabbed the requirements and walked to the room next to him, opening the door and entering quite ungracefully, with his hooves full, he set everything down on the table.

"Food and drinks have arrived!"

On the table were chips of many kinds, some pizzas, and grapes and fruits, gotta keep that healthy balance.

Lightning took a huge slice of pizza, he was so hungry he ate it in only a few bites, jeez, new personal best.

Mentis took note of the collection of stuff dumped on the table he took note of quite a few things but then he saw grapes and well that was that he walked over without a word and picked up a bunch and striped the whole thing clean like a vacuum cleaner. When he finished her looked at anyone looking at him. "I like grapes a lot so yeah..." He gave a cheeky smile and sat at a chair looking into the room.

Diva laughed. "MORE FOR ME THEN!" Before pouring herself and gulping down another glass. The alcohol didn't seem to phase her, it would seem

 

She noticed Mentis's grape-eating speed. She chuckled and took a vine of grapes on her own.

 

"I CAN DO BETTER!" She taunted. She proceeded to stuff her mouth with the grapes, and then to pull out the vine holding the grapes together. Her muzzle stained with purple, she gave mentis a shit eating grin.

Mentis shook his head a little. "It's not a game all the time Diva I mean really? A grape eating show off I mean, even why?" Sitting in his chair looking at her she was certainly playful it was nice to be around someone that happy even though she seemed a little on the crazy side of things. Odd she was interesting but odd.

Diva shrugged, her wings making an 'I dunno' gesture, still maintaining her grin. Grabbing yet another bunch of grapes from the table, she began picking them off 1 by 1 with a hoof and tossing them at Mentis's face.

 

"COME ON COME ON! CATCH ONE~" She teased, some of the grapes bouncing off Mentis's face

"That is not a good way to make me respond in a positive way but I have already made a social err today so I will not make another..." As he said that she flicked another he caught it and ate it. "...My grape." He got up and walked over to her, then picked up the last bunch and in one expert move swallowed the whole thing in a second and pulled out the bare vine. "This one loves grapes a lot."

Lightning had a mischievous grin on his face.

 

"Aw, come on guys, you coulda shared the grapes.."

 

He looked down at the alcohol, picking up a glass and pouring himself some.

 

"To a fun holiday."

 

He took it all in one swig, it burned his throat the whole way down, so he tried another swig.

 

He grinned around the room, and stuck another bit of pizza in his mouth.

 

"Enjoy!"

 

He yelled through a muffled mouth.

Mist saw Mentis and Diva eating grapes together and smiled, he was glad to see everyone getting along. He took a look around the whole room and his smile grew. He couldn't believe he had made so many new friends. Suddenly an empty bottle rolled to Mist's hoof and he got a crazy idea. "Hey everypony," he said as he picked up the bottle, "don't ask me why I thought of it but any pony wanna play spin the bottle?"

Diva giggled at Mentis's... Affection for grapes. "OH WELL, THERE GOES THE LAST!" She said, eyeing the empty spot on the table where the grapes once were. Shrugging, she hopped over to the drinks, pouring herself yet another glass of wine and giving a toast.

 

"TO A TOTALLY NOT SUSPICIOUS FREE VACATION!"

''Omg'' Dust tought at the sound of spin the bottle. ''Well, i am in i guess, also Diva makes a good point, Why is this vacation free? I mean, cleaning these room most cost hundreds of bits. Like... i don't mind it being free but you know. Why?'' Dust takes a sip from her wine glass. and then chuckles. ''I guess we just have to roll with free vacation''

 

Dust thinks for a second while saying that: *what if there is a reason it is free*

Sigma shrugged. "I guessed the celebration that the invite talked about was short of numbers. Maybe someone dropped out and they needed some number of people for the hotel to let them use the space. So they just picked random people from the phonebook or something" He levitated a banana to him and started eating it. "Certainly not complaining, but you're right. Very weird."

 

"I'm Sigma by the way" he said to Dust and anyone else who was listening. "So, what's up with this spin-the-bottle thing?"

"Whats a party without some fun." Dust giggles. "And maybe one of you know how to kiss." Dust looks around. "But you are right Sigma. Maybe they just had to fill rooms." Dust shakes Sigma's hoof."I am dust by the way,idont know if i told you". Dust looks at the rest."When we start?"

Mist smiled, he didn't think anyone would be interested in playing. "I was thinking we could start now," Mist said to Dust, Mist tirned to adress everyone one, "you probably know how to play but i'll explain anyway. We all sit in a circle and one pony spins the bottle and they have to kiss whoever the bottle lands on. And it has to be on the mouth, french kiss is allowed but not mandatory." Mist sat down on the ground, "now who's ready to play?"

Mentis walked over and sat down, he did not really like this game but peer pressure was a powerful force. He looked at the bottle with a degree of dread and excitement like everyone else he supposed, maybe he'd get lucky and would be able to kiss Diva or Dust, but then there were four males and only two girls so... I am not comfortable with this but I'm on holiday enjoy myself.

Diva seemed to scratch her head with a wing."From where I come, spin the bottle was much more...thrilling!" She said. "WE DARED EACH OTHER TO DO THE CRAZIEST OF THINGS, AND TESTED OUR BRAVERY TO REVEAL OUT TRUTHS!"

 

She sat down next to Mist."MAYBE YOU PONIES PLAYING DIFFERENTLY?" She shrugged, grinning. "MAYBE IT COULD BE FUN!"

"Wait how do you normally play it like truth or dare kinda?" He was interested in what she ment by what she was saying, he lent in after his question eager for an answer. "Come on don't leave me hanging, what exactly do you mean by what you said Diva I am rather intrigued."

Diva brightened up making animated gestures and diagrams with her hooves and wings alike as she explained. "AH! BACK HOME, THE PONY CHOSEN BY THE BOTTLE WAS EITHER FORCE TO TELL THE TRUTH OR DARED TO DO SOMETHING! Ah... WHAT AN EXCELLENT PARTY GAME~"

 

She trailed off at the last part, wistfully

Lightning grinned.

"Seems like fun."

He sat down on the carpet, and wobbled a bit, he had to put his hooves to the ground to stabilise him.

"So, who goes first, and what do we do about the odd genders?"

He leaned backwards, his hood finally revealing his hair, and he pushed his hoof through it, relaxed.

"I knew it Truth or dare ha." He looked to Lightning and his question. "I don't know I guess we can cross that bridge when we get to it I suppose?" Mentis was not actually too keen on kissing another stallion or something worse but he was not to bothered either.
