Listening to you, pregnancy in Eqestria sounds like it last two three days and that's it xD. Unless you plan some time/magic intervenience to speed the process up to be able to continue guard duties as faster as possible. Or are we talking straight few years time jumps?

The idea I had was just a straight time jump, but your idea of using magical convenience so Redwood can get back to her duties makes some sense. I was thinking of skipping to just a few days after the babies are born.

Well, Missklang was showing interest to time spells of Starswirl at the beginning. Or perhaps some chaos magic can help as well? Maybe Nightmare Night has some spell that might help? I don't know. See what fit you the most.

The sweet roll and the soap are different things. The person who accepts the sweet roll becomes a sort of property. If it was so desired, "drop the soap" type stuff can happen, but then you have the option of letting your friends pass some meat. I'm not a wolf though so none of that will happen. Probably not going to do anything actually, I just wanted someone to take the sweet roll.
