Well, I'm still not entirely sure how long ago she died. I was thinking since she knows Nightmare it has been at least a thousand years but again, everything depends on the story Shadow created.

Basically Ivy just confirmed Shadow's story, and Nightmare respects Shadow as he's higher than the prisoners to find out he was one of them. She's in Shadow's cell, one or two cells away.
