"can you stop your petty sqawables? we have a pony who was almost killed, and arguing isnt going to find the culpret any faster"

 

some doctors rushed over to the mare and began attempting to stablizer her until they could get her to the hospital

A pained look crossed the face of the mare on the floor. She yelped and then began to thrash violently.

*Schwartz grunted angrily and began a forensics analysis on the area. K-Bar re-sheathed her knife and kept an eye on Scipio.*

"If you leave this area without the accompanyment of either Captain Schwartz or myself, you will be authorizing us to use force if nessasary to subdue and arrest you. Be warned."

*K-Bar said with a sneer.*

There was basically no evidence in the room besides the blood and the taunting note. The mare still trashed.

Shadow looked at Harley "Ready?" he asked. Harley gave a excited nod. Shadow used magic to change Harley's look into one of a pony. All of his accessories were removed and he just looked like a pony version of himself with a tribal sign for a cutie mark. Shadow morphed his cutie mark to a pair of headphones in an attempt to at least sort of disguise himself.

 

They both walked out of the Everfree forest and headed back to Ponyville. "Do i have to look like this?" Harley asked. Shadow nodded "You are going to look quite odd if i did not do this...." Shadow was searching for a particular pony, Six strings.

Lockhart was just getting to ponyvile, as he had just given a lead on a group of thugs killing ponies. Maybe these are the guys I've been looking for all these years, he thought. Maybe these two know about these murders. He walks other to two ponies leaving the forest into town.

Shadow and Harley spotted the oncoming pony. He stopped "Hello there!" he said with a friendly tone, disguising his voice.

"Hello", He says back to the pony. "Listen. Someponies are causing trouble. Know anything about it?" Lockhart asks, trying not to sound accusing.

Shadow furrowed his brow and looked to Harley and then black to Lockhart "No, not that I know of" he said.

Scipio paced around in a bored manner. He spotted three new ponies from a distance and watched them.

"Fine", he said as he started to walk away. "Oh, and by the way, what are your names?" I may need to remember you." mines Lockhart.

Shadow looked at Lockhart "I'm Sonic Bass and this is Joker" He said looking to Harley, trying to make up the best fake names.

Shadow and pony Harley nodded and continued to walk to Ponyville "New we just need to find Six and the girl" Shadow said to Harley.

*Schwartz and K-Bar looked around, confirming that nopony was paying attention to them. They then started passionately making out. After a few secinds, they stopped and acted like it hadnt happened.*

Six watched everything in silence. <Fangs? There's only one pony ah know of with fangs... but now? Why so long ta show up again?> he thought. He saw Scipio, approaching the pony, he said "Do ah know ya from anywhere? Ah swear ah think yer familiar"

Shadow and pony Harley entered Ponyville Shadow looked at Harley "Get the girl, i'll look for Six" he said Harley nodded and started off toward the library. Shadow just strolled around the town like a regular pony, but looked for Six in the meantime.

The mare had finally stopped trashing. But she did not do anything, she was dead still.

The disguised Shadow noticed Six and started to walk towards him. "Hello there" he called out.

Six heard somepony calling out to him. He looked to his side and saw a pony he had never seen before. "Uhh, howdy th-" he stopped in mid sentence, something was off about this pony, he couldn't understand why he thought this way but there was something about him that seemed... vaguely familiar... The only thought in his mind was telling him to get away.

(Since Shadow said the ponies who already knew Shadow could see through his disguise, I'm going ahead and doing that)

the mare was finnaly carried away on a streacher and was sent to the hospital
