Midnight snacking- Do you do it?

I often have crispbread here, in case I become a little hungry. I wouldn't dare to eat sugar stuff though!

Certainly not as much as I used to, as my sleeping routine involves going to bed at about 12am. Usually the last thing I eat is at around 10pm to 11pm.

I always snack at night with a dvd or something. I usually consider it one of my meals for the day. Lately I’ve been cheating a bit and sneaking in one more little snack right before bed, which is not a good idea. But I’ve never been known as a pillar of strength and resistance, especially where little bags of chips or Cookie Dough candies are concerned.
