Rainbow Dash - As long as (s)he's fast, I'll respect him / her. 

Rarity - Ugh, what is that alien wearing? One piece body suits are so last season, dah'ling!

Fluttershy - Eek! An alien! *hides*

Pinkie - Ooooh, let's make a new intergalactic friend! I'm sure even aliens like parties...

Applejack - Well, if that don't plum take the cake... Let's show 'em some downhome Equestrian hospitality! Yee-haw!

Applejack would get her shotgun ready.

Pinkie Pie would be the most likely to get abducted and possibly replace by an alien clone.

Rainbow Dash would charge an attack against the aliens.

Fluttershy would hide .

Twilight would do all she can to study them.

Rarity would pretend not to notice anything.

Rarity: either hate or love their fashion..probably hate..most likely to be the kidnapped one..as she fits the damsel in distress perfectly

 

Twilight: Will turn the tables on the alien and adubct one to study

 

Applejack: Will be suspicious of strangers she has never seen

 

Fluttershy: Hide and cry

 

Rainbow: Will be more like Applejack but more aggressive
