If the Mane 6 were in trouble, who would you save?

None of them. Before everyone hates me, there is a greater chance of survival if all of them work together. Though I would feel terrible for not helping them.

I would save Fluttershy because she would probably hate to die the most. Twilight and possibly Rarity would be able to teleport themselves out of the situation, Applejack is the strongest soul, we have Cheese Sandwich, and Rainbow Dash, depending on the situation, could quickly fly away. If Dash can't fly away, I'd certainly save her. She's the best in the mane six.

This largely depends on the scenario. I'm also assuming we ignore personal capability to survive. Red means the character dies.

 

Priority of saving:

 

Assuming the scenario involves the lost being "turned", meaning zombified or brain-washed:

 

Twilight > Applejack > Rainbow Dash > Rarity > Pinkie Pie > Fluttershy. Sorry, Flutters, but your own frail nature means you're not too big a threat if you're turned.

 

Scenario: Death:

 

Twilight > Rarity > Rainbow Dash > Applejack > Fluttershy > Pinkie Pie. Not that I'm not a fan, Pinkie, but... *Shrugs* The others mean more to me.

Unlike some other peeps who are being realistic, and that's cool, I'm gonna take it a step further and assume you meant that whoever you don't save will 100% die.

 

In that case it would be Fluttershy. Many a fans' waifu will be slain that day.

I'd save all but Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash is less likely to buckle under pressure, can fly and is very fast. Plus she's a Wonderbolt she should be able to take care of herself now. I'll rally the 5 and use them to help Rainbow Dash out after all Twilight's magic would be more handy to save others
