request could some one draw an oc for me please

i was wondering if some one could help me and draw an oc of a character on my youtube show. 

he is called straight jacket and he is a bit nuts but brilliant.  he is an earth pony that has two different colored eyes a dog ear where his pony ear should be and his leg dose not match the rest of him. 

 

hear is one of the videos he is in its kind of an radio style show he comes in about the middle.
