I dont but i love to hear tara strong's voices everywhere. sometimes her voice sounds more like twilight so i can imagine twilight in the batman universe and so xD

whenever I hear the "Bullies are People" song from Drawn Together, now I can think is Twilight singing that.

Its not only with MLP voice actors. I have always noticed when certain VAs are in others projects.

Dude, I do this AAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLL the time  :-P , It's one of the ways I annoy my brother the most, saying X character is X pony just because (s)he's voiced by him/her  . In fact, the now defunct Marvel Avengers Alliance, I used to call many heroes pony names just based on their VAs voicing them AT ANY POINT (Ex: Hawkeye is Shining Armor, Scarlet Witch is Starlight Glimmer, She-Hulk is Sunny, etc  ). Problem is, I don't heart them much outside MLP, as I hardly watch TV, and they aren't big on videogames (which I use FAR more often). I do the same with American VAs, but by far less extent

Well I do kinda the opposite. So whenever I hear a voice in mlp that was in something else I often joke about it. Whenever I hear starlight glimmers voice I can't help but think of her acting like a certain demon slayer and flying off on a demon cat. Since her va played Sango on a show called Inuyasha.

I think Tara Strong is the only one I hear much outside of MLP, if anyone. I can't think of other occasions off the top of my head where I might have heard the others outside of MLP, and Tara herself often sounds different enough depending on her role. I don't think she gets enough credit for her vocal range as she has voiced a wide variety of different sounding characters and I hardly think Twilight is one of her more challenging roles. If anything I praise Tara rather than making jokes about her appearing in other projects.

I have hardly any knowledge on the VA industry, but I think the Canadian VA industry has suffered a blow in the past years and they were struggling to get work after a period of abundance. And since the voice acting in MLP is mostly done in Canada, with mostly Canadian actors, it's no wonder why you think that. If you see the resume of any of them, you'd see that some haven't done much work in the last years, or had a big period without voice acting. Dunno the whole picture, but I think something happened to the canadian VA industry, but it seems they're slowly recovering . It wouldn't hurt if someone who knows about it shed some light though  :-P

 

Back on topic: Which ones of these guys is NOT voiced by a pony?
