Bought first merchandise, but what is it?

So I decided to buy some Pony merchandise at a German store, (Yes I live in Germany) and I found these strange packages. They look collectible, but I don't know what they are! I tried looking them up on Wiki, but there wasn't anything. Anypony mind helping me out? Apologies if these pictures are a LITTLE to big.

It's the latest round of the blindbags. they're all see-trough and filled with glitter.

The others had normal ponies in them as well.

they sell Pnkie Pie gummy/sweet things at the grocery near my house, i havent bought them though
