Republic City, A League of Legends RP [OOC] {OPEN/SEARCHING}

Basic Premise:

Heroes gather around the founding of Runeterra's first "Republic City" , a new concept by the League, of a completely neutral location with individual Districts owned separately by the different cities and governments around Runeterra. However, as soon as the ribbon is cut,  a large impenetrable magic barrier begins to quickly form around the city's limits and a mysterious voice booms from the watch towers around the city "It's time we end this war.....The barriers will release...when only one remains... "

 

So yeah....This is the main concept...sort of like a "hunger games" for league champs. The city is divided into sections with themes from different cites and governments....for example Republic City's Port is divided in half, one named something like "Port Bilgewater" and the other "The Shadow isles", You can pretty much create the city yourselves as you go...and even choose to go into teams. There are civilians from the different nations also living around the city....you can control, create  or name any of them as you see fit to progress the story. You can also create , name, or control any new location within the city .

I do have a quick question if that's alright.

Are we allowed to RP as one of the world's existing champions, or do we have to make up our own with previous champs being NPCs that we can possibly play? I tried re-reading the post to understand how you worded everything and I still can't quite tell atm if that's a possibility. It might also be because I just woke up though, so... 

I'm just asking cuz I love my Tiny Master of Evil~

Um, I just realized the title. Does it have something to do with league of legends the game and do I need to have knowledge of it

Yes it does but not necessarily, like if someone makes a DC or Marvel RP, You can still follow along even if you nothing of the characters. This will be an entirely new location, story, and antagonist not shown in the game and the characters don't really interact with each other much outside the rift, so your experience won't vary much from someone who's played it.
