UStream with username option removed, support no help

UStream is supposed to be a great streaming service yet has a notoriously poor customer service. Often, their replies are automated and there's no possible way of adding a username (nicknames do not count). Anyone else having this issue or is it just me? I have a second monitor and wanted to stream, yet UStream decides to do this the hard way by offering no help and removing the option to add a username altogether.
