It could make a good thrifting awareness episode, since people with money don't tend to thrift, and look down their nose at it. I can't imagine ponies keep things they don't need or use anymore. Ponies seem the perfect species to have charity shops up and running. Its not like they're Dragons, who hoard everything. so they don't get days off? I don't know if the ponies would have such shops though. They seem to like bartering for things, as shown in "Trade Ya". Thank you Sparklefan1234!!! Meeps 298 May 18, 2017 Share May 18, 2017 Their society doesn't perfectly mirror ours, so I'm not sure how prevalent the truly poor are in Equestria. There are surely "lower class" citizens, so to speak (as shown in Sweet and Elite) but I can't recall any instances of ponies that are literally struggling to survive.
