That maybe because Rumble and Cozy has more stamina,muscle and agility for do that but not only that because both of them is not panic when fly. She can hover for a while when she’s excited but she’s never been able to glide or increase her speed/distance. I also think her scooter is a bit like her metaphorical crutch, it aids her with flight just a little without having to actually fly. 1 Boom!
