Erin blinked, and looked around.

After a few minutes, Storm walked out of the house toward Rose.

"Alright, I tucked him in Rose." Storm sat down next to her and smiled at her.

"So, Rose....I'm sorry about kissing you so suddenly earlier.....it......it's been a long time since I've kissed anypony...." he told her.

"I'm gonna find some popcorn..."

Rosemead gave the alicorn a soft nuzzle upon his nose and watched with deep worry as Storm took her unconcious friend into the house.

 

What's happening to him?

 

After a few moments, Storm came out and sat down beside her. She smiled back at him and waited until he was finished speaking.With a shy avert of the eyes towards the ground, she answered, "It's alright, Storm, it was... sweet." Her cheeks were burning with the blush that had already spread across her muzzle.

To change the subject, she looked at her hero with a bright smile, "I must do something in return for Erin." She took the painting she had safely hidden under a tree and showed it to Storm, "Isn't it beautiful?"

She trotted back to carefully place it back against the trunk. Then, she began to search the grass for flowers, picking one by one and placing them carefully between her wings so they didn't fall.

[Storm Spark 115]

Storm looked a the painting with curious intent.

"It looks great Rose! Here....." He old her pulling out a drawing to show her.

It was a drawing of two ponies flying in a dark backgraound, oe firing a lazer at one while the other was putting up a sheild to defend itself.

"A pony drew this for me after a major battle with my anit-universe self. I had managed to beat him and stop him from taking over this world and I saved the world he was ruling." He told her.

 

Storm put the painting away and looked down sheepishly.

"Rose, I'm sorry if you don't want to kiss me anymore. You might have thought it was disgusting so, I wont anymore if you dont want me to." he told her in apalogy.

Rosmead admired the lovely little drawing storm had shown her. "That looks very well made~!" She stared at every detail, from Storm's every feather to how the other's shield glowed strongly like a star.

 

"You like saving Equestria, don't you?" She smiled and gave him a nuzzle. At his apology, she blushed and responded to him with a warm kiss on his cheek. If only he knew how much she craved another one...

"Yeah, I owe my life to it..." he replied to her.

He blushed a bit more as she gave his cheek a kiss.

Rosemead laid down upon the grass lazily beside her beloved friend. She then began to weave carefully with the tip of her hooves a garland of the many flowers she had picked, "I'm sure Erin would love a small garland~!"

 

With a giggle, she would also entwine a flower or two into the alicorn's tail.

Storm smiled at her as she twined the flowers into his tail, enjoying the pleasure it brought him.

He always enjoyed having his tail and hair touched.

He turned to Rose and asked her, "Rose, do you want to know anything about me?"

He kissed her cheek and told her,"It's ok, you can ask me ANYTHING you want, and I mean ANYTHING."

Rosemead giggled once more.

She had heard this question just yesterday, from the same stallion.

 

"Ok then," she smiled as her hoof tips kept on busily weaving the stems together, "I would love to know a little more about that strange dark being inside you." She shruddered a little at the thought.

Storm had a sad look on his face as he looked off into the sunset.

"That dark being is a demon a defeated 2 years ago." Storm Started. "His name is Dead Wake. He was created to destroy me and only me by my anti-universe self. He dissapeared after I destroied his body but he invaded my mind and tried to control me."

Erin burst out of bed, hit his head with a lamp and yelled at a picture of Octavia, "I'M AN IDIOT!!! I LET IT TAKE CONTROL!!!"

He opened the window (quite like Fluttershy would) and flew swiftly out of it, resulting in a crash-land face first into a pond.

Storm jumped in suprise as Erin burst out the window.

"Erin! what are you doing?" storm cried in suprise.

Storm grabbed Erin's hoof and helped him out of the pond as Erin was spitting out little fish.

"I uh... Sorry...? I-I-I um... I k-k-kinda w-w-w-wanted to apologize f-f-for ruin-ruining an-a-anything..." he stuttered, looking away,

"I-I-I l-let s-something out I-I s-s-shouldn't h-have a-a-and I gu-guess I-I'm... *sighs* W-W-Well I g-guess I'm a l-li-little jealous...."

Erin stood, his muzzle red, and his emerald eyes looking ashamed and Fluttershy-ish (Because in my opinion best freaking pony out of Mane-Six.). He sat down by the side of the pond and looked into it, seeing only a warped reflection of himself.

"Hey, it's ok." Storm told him.

"And also, What are you jealous about?"

Mask moved outside to get a better view. This is the most he's participated in something in months!

The pegasus looked up at Storm and scratched his mane awkwardly, "*mumble mumble* Rose... And erm.... y-y-you... B-But don't get me wrong! I-I'm h-h-happy for you g-guys... *sighs* B-But... but yeah..." he said quickly, looking down at the pond again. It was obvious this colt was in love, and he wasn't doing so well.

Rosemead looked to his friend and approached him with a gentle smile. She said nothing, but gave the young stallion a nuzzle on his cheek, "I'm so glad you're back to normal," she whispered. She took the garland she had made from violet and white flowers and put it around Erin's neck, nuzzling his cheek once more.

Erin felt this face go even redder, he bowed his head and swished his tail, "T-T-Thanks Rose..." he said quietly. He gave Storm a look that said, PLEASE DON'T KILL ME.

Rosemead gently petted his forehead and sent him a breeze of flutter dust as she beat her wings in glee.

 

She then laid down on the grass and looked up at the scattering clouds.

 

"You sure summoned quite the storm, Erin," she gave him a smile, "I sure wish it had rained!"

"Leave that to me..." Storm said.

He summoned his keyblade to him hoof and thrust it into the ground.

Dark clouds started to gather in the sky and and they parted as a bolt of lightning split through the sky and struck Storm as an energy shockwave flew through the ground.

After the smoke cleared, Storm groaned and lay in a crouching position.

Time is almost up for me...... He said to himself.

The sky darkened as the rain started to fall.....

Rosemead squealed as the raindrops began to fall upon her face and belly. They weren't cold nor hot, so she wasn't scared to catch a cold.

Like a young philly she began to prance around, ignoring her soaking wet wings, and splash in recent puddles, her undone mane matted against her neck and flanks. Soon, half her body was covered in mud. She didn't care. Mud was good for the skin anyways.

 

"Oh Storm, this is wonderfu-" She turned to look at the green alicorn, who seemed tired. "Oh Storm," Rose trotted over to him and kneeled beside his head, "Are you alright?"

Storm looked up a Rose and smiled at her.

"I'm....I'm fine Rose." He told her. "Just...Just a little tired."

Storm Knew that he was lying. He couldn't tell her what was about to happen.

It would break her heart if he told her.....

Storm stood up and shook his head to clear it.

"Lets have fun!" He called happily, and he touched Rose and told her, "Tag! Your it!".....And he took off through the rain.

Erin raised his hoof and opened his mouth to say something, but sighed and let his hoof fall to the ground and simply looked into the pond dejectedly. He glanced back and saw the two ponies having fun. He looked at his warped reflection and began to sing (Tune of Sally's Song from Nightmare Before Christmas love dis movie to death XD)

 

I sense there's something in the wind,

That feels like tragedy's at hand,

Although I'd like to stand by her,

Can't shake this feeling that I have,

The worst is just around the bend,

 

And does she notice, my feelings for her?

And will she see, how much she means to me,

I think it's not to be

 

What will become of my dear friend,

Where will his actions lead him then

Although I'd like to join the crowd,

In their enthusiastic cloud,

Try as I may it doesn't last

 

And will we ever, end up together?

No I think not, it's never to become,

For I am not... The one....

 

Erin sighed and splashed the pond water, distorting the lone image of him even more.

Rosemead smiled and giggled at her friend's playfulness. She happily pranced after him, forgetting for a while how tired he had looked. "Hey, not fair, I wasn't ready~!"

She laughed out loud in joy while chasing Storm under the light cool rain. Seeing she couldn't keep up to him, she swished her tail, which made a wet "splat" sound against her hind leg, smirked, and silently creeped behind Erin. "Tag, you're it~" She poked his back with the tip of her hoof, accidentally dabbing him with mud.

 

"Oops," Rosemead rubbed her hoof against the mud in an attempt to wipe it off, only gaining a bigger stain across the black pegasus' back, "Oh goodness.."
