request Looking for help with picture

Hello!

I'm making badge with one of my characters (Echo), but I have few problems. 1. Design - this is just quick idea how it could looks like, so it looks really... weird? Plus I don't know where to write "Echo" text. 2. I'm not too good with digital drawing. I don't want to use Paint app, plus I'm new with using Inkscape or SAI. So... please, is there somebody who can make digital badge with this girl, but with the "portrait" I made (but you may change it, of course)? I can offer art-trade if u want. Thx

How are her eyes?  I could try to do that.

Well, her eyes are "broken tv" - if u click on the (Echo) in text above, you can see her picture.
