It said 45 episodes but wikipedia list season 1 as only having 11 episodes. I'm confused, what is the season length?

Only eleven episodes have been released so far through both Discovery Go and Hasbro's YouTube channel. If the current consistency maintains its course, this will keep on going well into next year.

Yeah, it's 45. Anyone can edit Wikipedia, so unless it cites a reliable source to back it up, there's a good chance it's false.
