They wanted me to write a reference letter as a notary, which I can't do, because that's not under my authority and I could lose my liscence and face jail time. He asked me three times in different ways if we could do it in any possible way...which I refused and documented everything. He's not that bright... problem is he prewrote the letter and Sent a copy to the guy who wanted the reference!
