Eh, I typically drink coffee because I like the taste, not for a pick me up.

So you're basically like @CypherHoof~?  Or are you more like my father? Caffeine doesn't amp him up at all anymore~! ^_^

Hey, your presence's worth isn't determined by your utility~! :fluttershy:

Fair enough, but that doesn't measure how much value your presence carries~!

Probably like your father. I can drink a soda or a large coffee right before bed and go straight to sleep.  But I've always been that way. I used to drink boatloads of soda (Coke and the like) when I was a kid, so that probably has something to do with it.  If I have just water, though, I don't have withdrawals or anything.

Oh, thou art arrant useful hither simply by being a member of that friendly herd, mine lief! Methinks thou work quite hard on thy shifts to add to thy burdens, at which hour simple magic can help *nuzzles* Unless thou really wantest... Well, feelest free to tell, in case thou need any help anyway.

Apologies, mine valorous friend... I admit I should have asked, if 't be true thou needed mine help *sighs*

 It's quite okay, I guess I'm still finding my place here and trying not to be too much of a pain.

I guess you both need to resolve your caffeine tolerances, then~! ^_^ It's probably a good thing that you don't suffer from withdraws too; my mother does, and they can get ugly... :lie:

That's perfectly alright~! Just don't feel too obligated to do so~! :squee:

Oh, and you're not a pain at all, my dude~!

I've been doing alright myself~!  I'm just dreading the potential thunderstorm that might be coming this evening...lollolo.png If the forecast is anything like it was the past couple of days, though... it won't be as bad as they're predicting. :rarity:

So I suppose you're doing fine yourself~? :fluttershy:

You seem to get some pretty inclement conditions over there. I can't remember the last time we had genuine thunderstorms. :ooh: Glad to hear that you're well, though~

I'm alright. As well as I can be on a quiet day in work. Been getting the chance to chat with some enthusiastic Historians though. I don't know why they're always portrayed as some of the most boring people on the planet. I could listen to then for hours! :icwudt:

Truthfully speaking, considering that I live on the East Coast... the severe weather that we get here is tame compared to some other places. :adorkable: Yeah, it's still not pretty, but the weather here rarely gets really bad. Considering the general area that I live... I have it pretty good.

It depends on what they're talking about, really. :ooh: In general, though, I agree; history has always been one of my favorite subjects to study in, so historical lectures are always welcome, if you ask me~! :P

Heh, I remember visiting Manhattan a couple of years back. One of the days it rained so hard that warnings were sent to everyone's phones with up-to-date information on which streets to avoid and what areas were flooded the most. I was impressed by the organisation. This country just shuts itself down during severe weather until it passes.. no backbone at all.

Yeah, that's probably because weather in the USA can get really bad. :adorkable: You have earthquakes in the East, tornadoes in the Mideast/Midwest, hurricanes on the East Coast... let's just say that we have good weather radar for a reason. :lie:

Good evening everypony - finally got back from what has been an unusually long day at work, and have decided that the hipsters can KEEP their cold brew coffee :)
