Hmmh... Time certainly have it's effect. Last time I tested this home brew of mine it tasted horrible and looked even worse. Now, after been forgotten in the basement for a full year...  it's actually not that bad! What a pleasant surprise!

Yeah, I first thought joining in Tempest's coffee house-thead but it got crowded so fast that it was impossible to keep track of everything. It's more quiet down here and the topic is more to my liking.
