Yes, they did.

I'm so happy that Starlight Glimmer & Sunburst were able to mend their relationship's with their parents.

1. I have been learning various magic spells with Star Swirl & Starlight Glimmer lately. 
2. The Pillars & Stygian were here  with Starlight Glimmer in the Castle of Friendship.

2. I'm only guessing, but, The Pillars and Stygian didn't help fight the Storm King cause their powers weren't fully recovered yet, from being in Limbo and freeing Stygian?
