Without giving any spoilers of any kind, what "totally, legitimately, definitely going to happen and not unlikely at all " plot line do you think they'll go with in the next episode/season/movie/comic/ect. It can be anything you want! This is just a game not to be taken seriously, so points for creativity and/or weirdness, memes and gfis are allowed as well, just keep everything site approved, don't want anybody getting in trouble now! This is just supposed to be a game, like this: Season 8 is where we learn that Celestia ate the Apple parents, Twist becomes both a brezzy and the alicorn princess of everything and the new main character, that Emogak has never been nor ever will be a mary sue, and that the whole show actually took place inside of filly-Derpy's imagination while she was playing with a Ponyville General Hospital snow glob!

Everyone in Equestria comes out as gay/lesbian. When Chrysalis, Sombra, and Tirek return to take revenge, they too succumb to the gayness of Equestria.
The episode would focus on each character's struggle to come out of the closet. And the ending would show that the whole episode was just a Dungeons and Dragons scenario thought up by a drunk Discord.

Oh, and somewhere they'd fit in a reference to this.
