Corned beef vegetable hash mixed with beefy mac, scrambled eggs, jabenero sauce, buffalo sauce, chilli  seasoning, roasted garlic seasoning, topped with black truffle guyver cheese and ketchup.

I had a chicken roll with gravy, chips and chicken drumsticks with a drink from Henny Penny, yum yum.

Stir fry with sausages onions noodles & spicy Thai sweet chilli sauce, ketchup, wholemeal bread, tea .....

A casserole made from:

2× cans corned beef hash

1x can French cut green beans

1x can mixed vegitables

4x scrambled eggs

1-2x bowls of beeferoni

Chilli seasoning

Garlic pepper

Burger bomb seasoning

MPF hot sauce

Toped with black truffle guyver cheddar

Baked 30 min at 350 then 400 for an hour.

Anyway – lunch was defrosted reheated take-out prawn biriyani with a bit of diced raw onion & a crushed Nairn oat flatbread on top. (No pix.)

Take-out scampi & chips, with a side of coleslaw, which was very good. Followed by a 'Honeycomb Delight' ice cream mini-tub.

Type of salady thing – boiled new potatoes with melted butter, part of a pork, turkey & stuffing pie (reheated); mixed salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce) tossed with olive oil & drizzled with lemon juice, coleslaw, cave aged Cheddar cheese, ketchup .....

Bowl of chicken dumpling soup crammed with saltines and biscuits. A hash brown, sausage, ham, bacon skillet topped with cheddar,  eggs and ketchup. And two slices toast.

Yesterday – Sunday lunch of the last of the pork, turkey & stuffing pie, roast potatoes & parsnips, cauliflower cheese (not homemade); carrots & brocolli, English mustard, Hobgoblin session ale (not shown) .....

Today, pure 'kosher' Eggs Benedict (not messed about by adding 'other ingredients' ), two poached eggs on a split & toasted muffin, bacon & spinach, Hollandaise sauce, with tea .....
