Yesterday — double egg 'n' chips, fried courgette & red pepper to 'add colour' as my mother used to say. Ketchup, tea.

Today — cheese & brocolli quiche, steamed potatoes with melted margerine on, Cheddar & Red Leicester cheeses, pickled beetroot, lettuce, raw onion & red pepper (that's the last of the red pepper), tomato (end of those too), mayonnaise (ditto! Empty jar!), ketchup, tea. I couldn't eat it all!
