I had a salad. Just a green salad with tomatoes, some bleu cheese and bacon bits tossed in. Nothing fancy, cuz I have to watch my weight for a little longer.

Today, bacon & egg in a white bread roll with ketchup, tea, at the Jubliee Park cafe, Woodhall Spa. Followed by cherry & almonds sponge cake. And more tea! (No pix)

I had an Ultimate Double Whopper with large fries, drink and Chicken Nuggets with sweet & sour sauce from Hungry Jack’s, yum yum.

Using up leftovers - half a beef & onion pie, mashed potato, half a small potato & 3 tomatoes steamed in the microwave, baked beans, couple of Nairn oatmeal biscuits / crackers to soak up the juices.

Followed by sliced banana & raspberry ripple ice cream, with a drizzle of maple syrup.
