My simple "before driving to work" breakfast,

Oat, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds and a little rose hip powder. Eat with "fake" milk.

Maybe it sounds over-ambitious, but you feel good and I like to start the day like that. Then there is always far too much coffee to be "normal" during the early day
