I had rare filet mignon steaks, one with hollandaise sauce and one without, mushroom & onion medley and a microwave baked potato topped with cheese, bacon, sour cream and chives on the side, yum yum.

Yesterday, Sunday lunch, using up leftovers, half beef pasty, mash, brocolli, roasted parsnips, gravy with a bit of added garam massala & mustard seeds mixed in, horseradish sauce, tea...

Evening, cheese lettuce & tomoato sandwich.

Today, cornflakes, with black coffee.
